Insurance:
- Most rental houses carry insurance that is
good only until equipment leaves the premises. At that point, outside insurance is
required to cover equipment and vehicles. For this reason, Lightspeed requires all
customers to provide a certificate of insurance prior to rental that names it as
"Additional Insured, Loss Payee." Coverage should also include "Hired
Autos" as it relates to grip truck rentals.
First Time Customers:
- Unless Lightspeed states otherwise, first
-time customers will be on a COD basis.
Ordering Ahead:
- Help us guarantee the delivery of all
the equipment you need by placing a "hold" on your list a few days prior to your
shoot. Lightspeed has the ability to immediately facilitate any order, but to be fair, all
equipment will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. Should there be a conflict,
the customer with the hold will be contacted and asked if his or her order is definite. If
not, the conflicted equipment will be given the definite order.
